    ASOJ Criticizes UNICEF By Arresting Somaliweyn Radio Reporter

    the Associated Somali Journalists (ASOJ) has strongly condemns the crew of UNICEF by arresting Somaliweyn Radio Journalists Hussein Hassan Dhaqane when he has his work.

the Associated Somali Journalists (ASOJ) has strongly condemns the crew of UNICEF by arresting Somaliweyn Radio Journalists Hussein Hassan Dhaqane when he has his work.
ASOJ has indicated that decision of arrest is very  sad  and also indicated that is the against of the freedom of the journalists
ASOJ calling  Hiran authority to release Hussein Hassan Dhagane so as to resume his activates.
 
ASOJ Chairman Dahir Alasow said “we are very sorry and it’s shameful Hiran authority Region to arrested Somaliweyn Radio Reporter especially Hiran Region when Governor of Hiran Region Yousuf dabageed has holding a press Conferences so they tell him to attend that press conference,
When he was coming the scene of the conference  the militia loyal Yussof Dabageed has captured  and arrested so the press Release of ASOJ said “that is undermanned the relationship between media and Hiran Region authority”.
 
“ASOJ,said we rejected the decisions of Yusuf Dabageed to take Hussein Hassan Dhaqane to the court and Asoj also indicated that steps like steps of dictator of  Mohamed Siad Barre, 
“although the international and local charters are keeping the freedom of the media, we need if he got a guilty to be in front of the justice, but it’s wrongfully to abducted like militia the journalists who he was his work” Associated Somali Journalists ASOJ said in Nairobi.
 
“unfortunately the crew of UNICEF to involving the arresting and threatening the somaliweyn Radio Reporter in Hiran Region Hussein Hassan Dhagane, and they lack of their jobs although the relationship between Somali media and Unicef” is very good “ASOJ said.
 
Finely ASOJ urges TFG to protect what ever damages the freedom of Somali media, and also ASOJ demands TFG and Hiiraan authority not return the threteatend against Journalists.
